The Coil Line is an automated tube prep/welding/bending line set up for fabrication of economizer, superheater, and reheater tube sections.
This line consists of:
- 1 – Tube cut-off machine
- 2 – End prep milling machines
- 1 – Tube to tube butt welding machine
- 1 – Wallace Coast #4 tube bender with booster
- 1 – Hot Squeeze Bender and Sizing machine with induction heating coil
- 1 – Automated Tubing Transfer racks between operations
